Happy Diwali To all Readers.(Essay)

Hello my readers and friends and a very happy Diwali to all of you. This post is just to tell all the readers and friends around the globe to say "Happy Diwali". As we all know that Diwali is the festival of Light. This day we pray to the "Goddess Lakshmi" and "God Ganesha". We also celebrate this festival on the homecoming of "God Rama" after defeating the "Demon king Ravana".On the festival of light there are the crackling sound of crackers. And sweetness of sweets everywhere.
There are many essays written on the Festival of lights(Diwali). You all can read them to know more.
We use to celebrate it with lights. There are some picture taken. See them to get the idea. And somehow you can also compare it with a western festival called Halloween, but its the opposite of Halloween.

And once more HAPPY DIWALI TO ALL

Window10 make computing easy.

To my windows user friends, today I am going to tell you how windows 10 make our computing easier. Microsoft launched its latest operating system for “FREE” for windows users across the entire globe. And if we talk about figures it’s been downloaded in more than “11 crore” computers. In windows 10 there are some hidden features which make our computing faster and easier. Now we all remember how to take screen shots by keyboard, with the same methods we can record videos of app and screen also. Now you add new apps in your start menu, and now you can also pin your favorite website in start menu like “My computer and MS Word”. Let me tell you more fun facts about windows10; let’s begin:

Related : The best Windows 8 gaming laptops.

How to record screen?

Now as I told you before you can record your screen, even when you are playing a game or using any application just like you take screen shots of your PC in previous versions. For example if you are using Gmail application and you want to record what and how are you sending that mail then you just have to press (Windows+6) and a small icon will appear  asking you that do you want to record, then just you have to click on “YES” option. Then a recording bar will appear in lower part of the screen and you are recording. There will be a small icon of “Xbox” on left side of that bar. Try to click it and try for yourself.

How to pin your favorite website in start menu?

Now you can add you favorite shortcuts in start menu in windows 10 like “Recycle bin” or any other application. There is nothing new in that you have to do that in old fashion way that is; first you have to right click on that icon a drop down menu/ pop menu will appear and then click on “pin to start” option present on that list, Boom you pinned your favorite app on start menu, (These instructions are for those who don’t know if you know that try to skip while reading and if you read it then cheers!!). Now for your favorite website you can also pin then to your start menu but with a different way and setting to your browser. As we all know that edge is pretty amazing browser, and if you are ignoring it because of its ancestors then stop ignoring it. For pinning the website or webpage you love just open that in Microsoft edge and there is “three dots” on upper side of the browser click on that there will be that option “pin to start” use it by clicking it, and you are on. Press windows key to confirm.

How to see google search results while using “Cortana”?

This is where the tricky part comes, but doesn’t worry it’s not that much hard you can easily do that if you are nearly familiar with the setting part of your computer and browser. First Cortana is a virtual assistant to give you result what you ask with the help of internet. It is audio enabled so you can search by saying the word, but it uses BING search engine to give results, but they are not good as Google (Yay google!!!). So we want to change that to Google. Here you just have to do this: first download Mozilla Firefox and make that your default browser (don’t worry you can still use edge and chrome). Then make Google you default search engine in that web-browser. Use main pc setting to check it’s done or not if it’s done then try to you Cortana and you will get Google results in place of Bing results. Enjoy! No need to thank me, it’s my job, Alright Gratitude accepted.

And don’t forget to try these new shortcut keys.

Paid reviews are not worth it.

Hello purchasers, at a point we all purchase gadgets, books, hotel rooms, etc., by reading opinions of other people who used that product. But sometime you get tricked by paid reviews. Now you will think what are paidreviews?

Here is your answer. Paid reviews are those reviews which are given by people like great writers, critics and normal people who just want money .Company pay them to write appealing reviews about their products.

So, those who purchase products by reading reviews can easily trust them and buy their products. But in my opinion don’t trust all reviews and don’t ignore all reviews, follow those reviews which you think are genuine. And try to test the product and make your own review.

NOTE: Don’t waste money just because the review said it is a great product. Or ignore product because it says worst product ever.

There are many more things like paid reviews phishing, false advertisement and wrong data. I know you will wonder now what these terms are.

Phishing

This somehow very similar to real life fishing, they use some fake e-mails as bait and you are the fish here. In phishing you the person get an e-mail, text or any other type of message that he/she won a big amount, or product for free or through some lottery, then they will request the person to send his/her personal details like Name, address, phone numbers or even your bank account number to claim his/her prize. Once the person contacts them (the fish is in the net.) Then they will ask for small amount of money to pass the “shipping charges” or any other any “legal formalities”. When person paid the price there is nothing can bring the money which is given by the person himself. Here is an example e-mail.

False Advertisement

It is another technique to lose your money. Some advertisement tells you more than enough about the product; use your resources to get more information about that product. If you spent more time on internet you surely faced a false advertisement that tells you to click here to win money or your computer running slow please click here. Once you clicked that a pop-up window open or any software starts to download. If you open that software it can be a malware or Trojan horse virus which can delete corrupt and even crash your computer. So, keep your eyes open for that. Or when you open that popped-up window you are directed to a shopping site.

Wrong data

Remember everything on internet is not true. Even Wikipedia make mistakes because there are articles are written by people like me and you. And sometimes we can be wrong from actual figures. Try to use the real resources as much as possible.

I hope next time you will be aware of these things and help your friends by sharing this post.
